How to order/shopping guidelines

After successfully placed the order, our Customer Service will conduct a verification process and update you as soon as possible by email and SMS.
After successful verification (time frame: within 24 – 48 hours after ordered date), you can expect to receive your order within the following time frame:

- In Metro Manila Areas: 2 – 7 calendar days (except Sundays and holidays)
- In Non-Metro Manila Areas: 5 – 12 calendar days (except Sundays and holidays)

EXUVIANCE BY ROSS offers free shipping within Metro Manila.
Free shipping for Luzon areas for orders above or equal to Php 10,000 and free shipping for Visayas and Mindanao for orders above or equal to Php 30,000

Note:
Any items lost or damaged during shipping is the responsibility of the delivery carrier. If a package arrives damaged, the addressee must initiate the claim against the shipper. To facilitate this process, please contact customer service and we will be happy to guide you through the process of filing the proper claim against the shipper.

Cancellation policy

We require 14 days cancellation notice prior to your scheduled arrival, otherwise we will charge you cancellation fee. 10% of your total amount will be charged if you do not notify us about your cancellation or any changes by 2 to 5 days before scheduled arrival.
In case of cancellation, the amount to be reimbursed excludes the delivery fee

Returns & exchange policy

We hope you love your purchases, but if for any reason you do need to return, send your item back within 7 or 14 calendar days from date of delivery.

- Product is received with visible damage
- Received is incorrect product
- Product received is past the expiration date indicated on the packaging

Please allow us 5-7 business days from when the item is delivered for your returned order to be processed. You will be notified via email at the email address listed on your account when your order was placed. Please note that your banking institution may require additional time to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us (typically 3-5 business days).
